Q&A
Who is your ideal cohort member?
A mature leader, whether a current investor, an aspiring fund owner, or a senior executive, who understands that sustainable growth and optimal investor outcomes require more than intuition; they demand disciplined financial systems, strategic capital thinking, and peer accountability.
What unique quality do you bring to the cohorts you lead?
I combine decades of hands-on financial leadership from legal foundations to Big Four experience, executive roles (including CEO/Managing Partner of a top advisory firm), and founding a financial services business, with a relentless focus on making finance both strategic and usable. I help leaders interpret complex financial realities into confident decisions that strengthen performance and investor trust.
Why do you enjoy doing the work that you do?
I find the most joy in helping leaders move from “keeping the lights on” to leading with clarity and capital confidence. Whether it’s smoothing a revenue forecast, defining growth levers, or aligning investors and executives, there’s nothing like seeing a leader step into a more powerful version of their business.
What’s one hard-to-believe fact about you?
Before my in-depth finance leadership roles, I practiced law and then transitioned into accounting leadership, eventually becoming a CEO and founder. That breadth of perspective gives me a rare lens on both operational and legal/regulatory imperatives for investors and operators alike.
