You have a desire or mandate to adopt AI but lack clarity on what success looks like — and don’t want to erode trust, credibility, or culture along the way.
Your board or investors expect acceleration, but your organization feels hesitant or fragmented.

Q&A
Who is your ideal cohort member?
A thoughtful executive leading a mid-market organization who is ambitious, self-aware, and ready to confront reality without defensiveness. Someone navigating real pressure — board mandates, competitive threats, cultural resistance — who is willing to admit what they don’t know and wants peer-level collaboration to help them think more clearly.
What unique quality do you bring to the cohorts you lead?
I work with senior leaders navigating transformation — not at the level of tools and technology, but at the level of people, culture, and organizational reality. I see strategy, politics, incentives, and emotion in the same frame and help leaders understand what’s actually driving (or blocking) change.
Why do you enjoy doing the work that you do?
I’m drawn to complicated, human challenges. In the AI era, expectations have accelerated and ambiguity has multiplied. But organizations still succeed or fail based on leadership behavior, alignment, and trust. I enjoy helping leaders navigate that complexity with clarity and courage — especially when the stakes are high and the answers aren’t obvious.
What’s one hard-to-believe fact about you?
Over the past decade, I’ve lost more than 200 pounds. That journey required discipline, resilience, and a willingness to confront uncomfortable truths. Meaningful transformation — whether personal or organizational — isn’t just about tools or systems; it requires sustained mindset and behavior shifts, reinforced by people who are rooting for your growth while helping you stay committed to it. That lesson shapes how I approach leadership transformation work today.
